The service

Ascent is a fitness, nutrition and self-care tracker with an AI coach, provided by [your name or company]. By creating an account you accept these terms.

Not medical advice

Ascent gives general wellness guidance. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat anything. AI estimates (calories from photos, scans) can be wrong. Talk to a doctor before big changes to diet or training, and stop if something hurts.

Who can use it

Adults 18+. One account per person; keep access to your email safe.

Plans and codes

Free includes a daily AI allowance. Pro and promo codes give more. Codes are personal, can't be exchanged for money, and we may end a code that is misused. Paid plans, when available, renew until cancelled; EU withdrawal rights apply as shown at checkout.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts, or upload content that isn't yours or is illegal.

Liability

We provide Ascent as is and are liable only as mandatory law requires.

Changes and ending

We may update Ascent and these terms and will tell you about important changes. You can delete your account at any time.
